Gaming industry is one of the most demanding and ever-growing one, even in the adverse siuations.

Pulling down the sudden growth of cryptomining, graphics card manufacturers have emphasized their support to gaming with LHR versions of card launches. While the year 2021 led strike of maximum price points for graphics card availability, 2022 has changed the landscape with numerous launches of new affordable versions.

Along with the existing market players, Intel has stepped in with their upcoming launches to be released in the first and second quarters of this year. Intel sources has further stated into it's depth in their newsroom release,

The Accelerated Computing Systems and Graphics Group (AXG) is on track to ship products across its three segments and deliver more than $1 billion in revenue in 2022. As a growth engine for Intel, AXG's three segments together will approach $10 billion of revenue for Intel by 2026.

With the first launch of RTX 3050 on January 27, Nvidia has raised further hopes of gaming and a possible price drop in future.

Upcoming launch of next-gen RTX 4000 series is further more to excite the market availability alongside it's predecessor RTX 3000 series. Nvidia CFO Colette Kress further stated about the availability of the graphics cards,

We will continue to work on supply. I think we’ll be in a good supply situation in the second half.

GPU crisis has now eased off as we can see the availability of the newly launched RTX 3050 as well as other cards. Now it is time to further ease off the price with more availability and next-gen launches co-existing.

The flagship Xe Graphics with 512 Compute Units referring to the Arc Alchemist graphics card equipped with DG2-512 GPU, would be launching in the second quarter this year. The first installment to the Intel Arc would feature 12 GB VRAM with a clock speed of 2.4 GHz, as per the latest benchmark sources.

As Intel would serve it's first entry into the graphics card industry, they would have to gain the market share. Gaining market share does not seem easy for Intel with the existence of Nvidia and AMD which the gamers prefer most rather than transitioning into a completely new architecture.

However, Intel plans to sell 4 million GPUs in this year thereby hitting the market with intense stock availability.
